一 活动目的
随着奥运会的完美闭幕，第四届校园英语演讲比赛策划。中国与国际的接触越来越频繁。如何使中国与国际社会进行更好的交流，促进彼此的发展，是当代中国大学生不可推卸的责任。而英语作为世界上使用最广泛的语言，在国际的交流中自然起着至关重要的作用。所以，英语水平的高低已成为衡量当代大学生素质的基本标准之一。
二 活动意义
为了发扬学院培养高素质，高标准社会型人才的教育理念，树立本院的学院精神，丰富同学们的课余学习生活，增强同学们英语自主学习的能力，特此举行一次全校范围内的英语演讲比赛，激发广大同学们对英语学习的热情。
三 活动宗旨
大力宏扬校园文化，体现学风建设风采，展示当代大学生的激情。
四 参赛对象和参赛办法
本次大赛报名面向我院所有英语爱好者，工作计划《第四届校园英语演讲比赛策划》。
五 活动形式和流程
本次演讲比赛分为预赛、决赛两个阶段
（1）预赛：自由命题演讲
1)选手自主命题，或讲故事或发表评论，内容不限，
主题应积极健康，能展示当代大学生风采，反映出学习生活思想观念等真实状态。
2)演讲长度限为三分钟，超出或不足者均应在总
分的基础上给予适当扣除
3)演讲评分标准：
语速，语调，流利程度：满分10分
发音： 满分10分
语法和逻辑： 满分10分
（2）决赛
1) 由命题演讲部分与预赛相同
2) 即兴演讲：演讲题目于比赛开始前半个小时抽签决定
3）演讲过程中穿插与演讲有关的节目
3) 评委现场提问
六 活动时间、地点：
（1）宣传时间：20xx年 10 月 — 8 日
（2）报名：
时间：20xx年10 月 10 日
方式： 由各班班长统计后统一上交到本部门工作人员（方芳）
（3）初赛：
时间：20xx年10 月 18 日。晚上7:00-9:00
地点：秋实楼105
（4）决赛：
时间：（初定20xx年11月6日晚7：00 - 9：00）
地点：秋实楼六楼
5、决赛奖项设置
一等奖 一名 。 二等奖 两名 。 三等奖 三名
获胜者同时将获得此次活动的荣誉证书。

【 3 】选手自选题目。要求演讲内容积极、健康、向上。
【 4 】举止大方，表现自然，与观众有目光交流。有适当的肢体语言，有才艺展示。
【 6 】自备服装和道具（如有需要）。
四、演讲比赛
1、比赛规则
【 1 】、比赛以公平公正为原则，以丰富和活跃校园生活、促进交流与沟通为宗旨。
【 2 】、大赛分为自我介绍，演讲比赛。依据评委打分计算出成绩，最后颁发一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。

选手按照比赛具体步骤依次上台演讲和英语才艺展示。

3、比赛具体过程
第一个环节：选手简要作自我介绍，大约每人 1 分钟，由评委打分（ 20 分）。
第二个环节：演讲总分 80 分。选手依次上台演讲，大约每人五分钟。
第三个环节：演讲结束后，由评委作总评。并依据比赛成绩宣布各参赛选手成绩。
五、具体评分细则 ：（满分 100 分）
1、仪表形象：（ 10 分）
1 ）着装整齐，大方得体。（ 5 分）
2 ）姿态自然，动作适度。（ 5 分）
2、演讲内容：（ 30 分）
3 ）主题鲜明，符合主题内容。（ 10 分）
4 ）内容充实，事例动人，贴近生活，富有鲜明的时代感。（ 10 分）
5 ）行文流畅，用词精练，详略得当。（ 10 分）
3、语言艺术：（ 60 分）
6 ）发音标准，流利。（ 20 分）
7 ）节奏处理得当，技巧运用自如。（ 20 分）
8 ）表现力、应变能力强，能活跃气氛，引起高潮 。(20 分）
4、评分规则：
评委明确给出每部分评分（评分为整数），由工作人员进行最后加总，去掉最高分与最低分，取平均分为选手比赛成绩，按成绩排名分别获一、二、三、优秀奖。
六、奖项设立：奖品

二等奖 1 名 本 预计金额 15
三等奖 1 名 本 预计金额 10

七、颁奖：

I’m feeling happy, very happy that just before christmas and the new year I finally got this opportunity to prove and also to know who I am and what I can do. Please know highly honored ladies and gentlemen your recognition and appreciation of me will be my greatest honor and pleasure. I know on this special occasion you have revceived floods of greetings and wishes for the coming Christmas and new year. Anyhow I wanna wish all the ladies and gentlemen in this hall a merry christmas and a happy new year.
My topic today is about time and money. This is a very old topic and maybe has long been out of time but this is also a topic nobody can really avoid.
Time is more valuable than money
There goes a very famous saying, and especially among those business people, that is, time is money. But in my opinion, time is more valuable than money. You see, the money we have lost can be gained again, but the time we have wasted can not be regained. Moreover, sometimes a person can exist at least for a while without money, but nothing can be done without time, just as no one can live without air.
However time is something that is invisible and men tendto waste their time unconsciously. Without anything to do, they will feel life is dull and meaningless.
Few men can live to 100 years. It seems fairly long but in fact it’s rather short. Just imagine how many things can a man accomplish in such a short period. Hence we should use our valuable time properly to do our work well. We will race with time. We will study and work hard and never waste even a single of minute.
