大家好！

埃尔文·海耶斯，NBA历史上最有天赋的大前锋之一，堪称NBA中的“铁人”。

在邓世昌勇猛的“致远舰”上，我看祖国是一团火。但是我们的祖国没有沉没，在亚细亚的东部，用宽厚的臂膀，挽起高山大海，将炎黄子孙揽于怀中，用茅草和土砖修复残缺的岁月，用野菜和稀粥喂养饥饿的生活。中山先生，在黑夜里开始规划治国方略；毛泽东，在贫瘠的土地上，支撑民族的血肉与骨骼；邓小平，把饱经沧桑的瞳仁放大，指引多灾多难的祖国，从世纪的风雨中神奇地走过！

我今天为大家演讲的题目是“我心中的奥运英雄”。
今年的北京奥运会圆满结束，在奥运赛场上，也产生出了许多“金牌运动员”，许多选手都成了人们心目中的奥运英雄。我也有心中的奥运英雄，虽然她不是任何的一位金牌运动员，但是你对这个名字一定不会陌生。她，就是在这次女子10公里马拉松游泳比赛上获得第十六名的“单腿美人鱼”：娜塔莉·杜托伊特。
第十六名，这个成绩对于常人来说简直是小事一桩，但是，如果对于一个残疾人呢？娜塔莉·杜托伊特是一位南非姑娘，从小深爱体育运动。但不幸的是，她在十七岁时，因为一次意外的车祸失去了左腿。不过坚强的她并没有因为身体的缺陷而放弃自己热爱的体育运动。手术仅5个月，她便跳入游泳池，寻找失去的自我。在练习单腿游泳时，由于没有左腿，从而增加了右臂的负担，每次上岸时都筋疲力尽。
